Defective Products Non-Returnable Cancellations Order Refused

 
       
     HEALTHY LIVING SPACES RETURN POLICY:  
       
    We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we apologize and will work with you to rectify the matter as soon as possible.  
       
   
  1. Please contact our Customer Service staff by calling us at 1-877-992-9904 or e-mailing us if you would like to return your product. We will then issue you a RMA number (valid for 15 days). Customers must have an RMA number in order to return a purchase. Do not ship any merchandise back to Healthy Living Spaces without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, will be returned back to you and you will be billed for return shipping.
     
  2. A return shipping address will be provided by Customer Service. Write the RMA# on your shipping label below your return address. All returns must be in the original packaging including the manuals, accessories, warranty information, and filters (if applicable).
     
  3. Once we receive the item we will assess its condition and credit will be issued to the customer's credit card less any return charges and restocking fees (read below). Credit card customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their statements.
 
       
     SHIPPING DAMAGE:  
    Please examine all products upon receipt. If the package is damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment, unless you can determine that the product inside has not been damaged.
 
If your package is damaged, immediately notify both the shipping company and Healthy Living Spaces. 
 
File a claim with the shipping company. Please contact us by calling 1-877-992-9904 or e-mail us at returns@hlspaces.com. We will provide the carrier with any documentation they may need and ensure quick resolution to any problems. We will replace your purchase immediately at no charge and pay for all associated shipping costs.
 
       
     BRAND NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED PRODUCTS:  
    Healthy Living Spaces will allow you 30 days to notify us that you intend to return your merchandise. Items that are in new condition and in the original, unopened packaging will be refunded for the full amount of the product. You will be responsible for both the original outbound and return shipping costs.  
       
     USED PRODUCTS:  
    Healthy Living Spaces allows you 30 days from receipt of your products to notify us that you intend to return merchandise. You will receive a refund based on the categories below. You are responsible for all outbound and return shipping and handling costs. A restocking fee may apply.
 
Healthy Living Spaces reserves the right to determine, after inspection, the condition of item returned

        No Restocking Fee-Full Product Refunds:  
   
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase after you have used it, we will allow you 7 days from receipt to return your product for a full product refund. You are responsible for outbound and return shipping and handling costs. Items that are returned for a full product refund must be in original packaging and considered to be only lightly used in order to receive a full product refund.
 
       
        Light Usage 15% Restocking Fee:  
   
  • Items that are returned in the original packaging, within 30 days from receipt and are determined to be in “Saleable Condition” and show only signs of “Light Usage” are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
 
       
        Air Purifiers:  
   
  • A 15% restocking fee is charged on all used air purifiers. Used air filters, even if only used for a short time, contain allergens and possibly even mold so we do not resell them. Believe it or not, some internet sales companies re-sell used air purifier filters if the filters do not appear excessively dirty. We don’t.
 
       
        Heavy Usage Restocking Fee:  
   
  • Additional restocking fees may apply for any product that is missing parts or is showing visible signs of wear and tear. Healthy Living Spaces reserves the right to determine, after inspection, the condition of item returned.
 
       
     EXCHANGES and STORE CREDITS:  
    You may exchange your purchase for another item or store credit within 30 days from the time of purchase. You are responsible for all original and return shipping and handling costs, but will not be charged a restocking fee for an exchange or a store credit.  
       
     DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:  
    Within 30 days from delivery, we will replace any defective product at no charge to you and pay for associated shipping costs. If your product was delivered over 30 days ago and is still under warranty, we will provide you the information and support you need to have your product repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s authorized repair center.  
       
     NON-RETURNABLE:  
    Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery.
NOTE: Items that do not have an RMA number will be refused or returned to the customer.
 
       
     CANCELLATIONS:  
    If you have placed a order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by either calling us at 1-877-992-9904 or e-mailing us at cancel@hlspaces.com We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop you order from shipping. If your order has shipped you are liable for shipping charges both outbound and return.  
       
     ORDER REFUSED ON DELIVERY:  
    If you have refused your order upon receipt, you will be liable for outbound and return shipping and handling costs.
